Speaker Biography
Rachel is passionate about Children’s Advocacy and Homelessness especially issues surrounding family and youth homelessness. She has served families for over 20 years in various leadership roles with The Salvation Army, Inspiritus, MUST Ministries and currently serves as the President & CEO at Advocates for Children. She serves on her local Chamber of Commerce Board and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs CoC Board. She has undergraduate degrees in business and theology and a Master of Management in Non-Profit and Public Administration from Cambridge College. Of all her roles, her favorites are wife and mother. She has been married for 22 years and they have three children with the last one leaving the nest this year thrusting her into the next chapter of her life to be explored.
